She lives in Portland OR, but her heart resides here in Sandpoint Idaho with her grandmother on her property. And I have to say after arriving I can see why she feels that way. The location had a view of just about every mountain in the area and just up the road from springy point where she spends her summers with her family. It was supposed to rain that evening but not a cloud was in the sky, we really lucked out!! I absolutely loved every minute of this senior portrait session. I had so much fun with this cute couple at City beach in Sandpoint Idaho. It was getting ready to rain but we manged to get a lot of great shots in before the storm. I love being a Sandpoint Photographer. There are so many different beautiful backdrops to choose from when doing engagement shoots. The graduates are just coming into themselves and enthusiastic about their future. That is why it is so important to get professional photographer. My senior sessions usually last about 1 and 1/2 hours. I am a natural light photographer so we will pick outdoor locations. I like to go to several locations to get a different look and so you will have more to choose from. And of course you can have as many clothes changes as you want. My price for Sandpoint senior photos is $275.00. If you live out of my area then I charge a little extra for gas:) You will receive lots of images (approx. 30-50). It is really important to act fast because the best photographers book 9 months to a year in advance.

Finding the right Coeur d alene Wedding Photographer for you

Like most couples you are probably searching the web for a Coeur d alene Wedding Photographer. For every budget there is a photographer. But keep in mind that just because they have a website doesn’t mean that they are qualified to call them selves professionals. I recommend that you choose 3 of your favorite photographers and set up interviews all in a row. Maybe even the same day. I say this because in between interviews they may book your desired date. Three things to keep in mind when book your Coeur d alene photographer:

1. The quality of their work should be number one! You will want to see many of their wedding shoots. Do you love their work? This is very important because it doesn’t matter if they give you everything if you don’t like the finished product. Check for nice, crisp, clear images. And if they are using professional equipment they will be able to blow up a nice clear image. (bigger than a 11×14)

2. What you will receive in your wedding package. Some photographers charge an arm and a leg for their services and don’t give you anything. Ask if you will receive a disc with all of your images on it. Approx how many images will you receive? And if so, ask them if they are all in high resolution with re-printing rights. Do they offer prints and products through a professional lab?

3. Budget! What is your budget? Weddings are expensive and a good photographer will cost between $1000.00- $5000.00. You will need to compare each photographers work and what you will get with each one. You might have 2 photographers that have great work and offer the same package but one is a couple thousand dollars more. Well that’s a no brainer, go for the cheaper one!! Just because someone charges more doesn’t mean they are better.

(so you can print them large as you want) Is retouching included? How much are their products (albums and such)How many images will you receive? Now you don’t want to break the bank on a photographer but a good photographer will not come cheap. keep in mind that after the wedding, your photographer will be spending many, many hours on editing your pictures to perfection, or they should be:)

This amazing portrait session was taken in the beautiful setting of Downtown Spokane Washington. Kennedy wanted a unique setting for her senior pictures so we went several different places. Among the few were in the shopping district of downtown, riverfront park and the beautiful historic Saranac building. I like to provide lots of background options for my clients so I was pleased that Kennedy was up for it. If you are looking for a senior portrait photographer in Spokane Wa. it is important to find one who will give you a variety of backgrounds. As you can see from the pictures below each one is dramatically different.

I just can’t say it enough! I love weddings! Especially weddings in Sandpoint Idaho. What more could you ask for with the beautiful scenery here. These two decided to have their wedding in her mom and dads beautiful backyard (I’m talking better homes and gardens backyard:). Its all in the little details, and this wedding was jammed packed with them. From the mason jars filled with little wild flowers to the awesome candy table with little baggies to fill up with a wide assortment of candy. They had the menu of the buffet printed on paper and put at all the place settings and they even had a games section of the yard with hula hoops, tunnels and other fun games for the kids. Speaking of kids, the little flower girl featured in the pictures below is their little girl who truly was the icing on the cake. She is the sweetest!
